Appointments

 Patients are referred to the PT Clinic from their primary care manager or surgeon.  Your provider will enter an electronic referral into our system. To schedule an appointment, please wait 24-72 hours and then call the clinic information line at (717) 245-3400.

Services Provided

The Physical Therapy clinic provides diagnostic, therapeutic, and educational/consultative services for patients whose function has declined due to medical conditions, surgical conditions, and neurologic, musculoskeletal, or pain related compromise.

Patients may be seen for acute and chronic conditions such as:

- Low back pain

- Neck pain

- Knee pain

- Shoulder pain

- Foot and ankle pain

- Hip pain

- Acute sports injuries

- Minor vestibular disorders

- Overuse injuries

- Orthopedic post-operative rehabilitation

- Your physical therapist will do a comprehensive examination and determine a plan of care to help you recover and improve function.

- Please arrive to your first evaluation appointment 15 minutes early.

- Change into loose fitting athletic-type attire prior to check-in.  Example: If you are getting a hip or knee evaluation, be dressed in shorts prior to check-in.
