U.S. Public Health Service
The U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps requires officers to undergo annual periodic health updates to better protect the health of officers and meet mission priorities. Maintaining this requirement is also vital to assuring your continued access and continuity of services at military treatment facilities.
