The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on September 30, 2025. Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted activities will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status.

Physical Exams

Provides medical screening and documentation for Active and Reserve Components, and Reserve Officers' Training Corps in preparation for transition to:

  • Military Training Schools
  • Periodic Health Assessment
    (for TRICARE remote Soldiers and those not assigned a primary care manager)
  • End of term of service to include Chapter
  • Retirement

Sick Call

Our sick call services are available to active duty service members from 7:15 to 8:15 a.m. Service members are triaged and scheduled for a same-day appointment with a provider or provided with other care options. If we reach our patient capacity and same-day appointments are not available, we will ask you to return the following day for sick call or we will schedule you with a future appointment. We can also provide you with other care options, as appropriate, such as:
