The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on September 30, 2025. Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted activities will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status.

Adolescent Medicine

The Adolescent Medicine service offers specialized assessment, evaluation, and care of teens and young adults, both beneficiaries and active duty.

Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP)

Identifies and enrolls family members with specialized medical, psychological, or education needs into the EFMP. Process outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS) and contiguous United States (CONUS) (AF) screens to determine whether traveling family members warrant EFMP enrollment. Coordinate with Army Human Resources Command during the assignments process to ensure medical service availability for soldiers potentially assigned to Carlisle Barracks. To Pre-clear/Clear all soldiers departing Carlisle Barracks.
