Family Medicine

Your Patient Centered Medical Home health care team consists of Family Medicine physicians, pediatricians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants, nurses, nurse case managers, clinical pharmacists and behavioral health consultants.

As part of Dunham Army Health Clinic’s Primary Care (Family Medicine) Clinics, they are specially trained to care for adults and children of all ages and health conditions. They are a reliable first contact for your health concerns and they directly address most health care needs. Their goal is to keep you healthy by working with you to prevent, understand, and manage illness, navigate the health system and set health goals.

Appointments are required. However, walk-in patients will be triaged by a Registered Nurse prior to seeing a provider and may be worked into the schedule as availability permits.
